Hey, guys!

I’ve been waiting for Wednesday to come to tell you about a team of cool fellas. Have you watched the TV-series called Kitchen? If yes, you won’t be scared if I say such terms as co-chef, packer and a cold shop. However, what you haven't heard about for sure and can hardly come across in other restaurants is a tandoor man. We have three of them! The entire Odessa restaurant consists of the creative fans committed to what they do, pondering over a creation of something peculiar every second. Every team member has its mission, but when we are creating, we become a unified mechanism impossible to imagine without this or that part. And now imagine that the chef, co-chef, three tandoor men, two cooks from the hot shop, 4 cooks from the cold shop and three pastry-cooks are working at every dish for you, bartenders are focused on cocktail ingredients to go with the dish and the waiters perform a show-serving! Voila – your vegetable cuts is ready!:)) I shall finish to express my gratitude the way they do at Oscar Awards:) I would like to thank my “Odessa” team. You are awesome!
